Mexico – La Sierra Sur
This coffee is grown on the Pacific side of La Sierra Sur mountains in the beautiful Pluma region. The coffee is graded “Strictly High Grown, European Process Esmeralda.” The Arabica tree varieties are mainly Pluma Hidalgo, Typica and Bourbon. The farms in this cooperative have high yields and are known for their excellent wet processing, separation and clean product. A wonderful coffee from the south of Mexico.
Tasting Notes: Round body, caramelized nut flavor, sweet acidity and clean finish.
Food Pairing Guide: This coffee pairs well with light breakfast foods and dishes that incorporate nuts and seeds.
