This delicious coffee is grown by 125 small farmers who are part of the Maya Ixil Cooperative. These farmers have been working very hard on improving the quality of their coffee for decades and in fact have been organically certified for over 20 years. While embracing advancements in agronomy, each farmer still picks and hand pulps their coffee before bringing it to the processing plant. The result is a consistent, sparkling coffee with floral aromas and flavors of sweet fruit and citrus.
