Ethiopia – Yirgacheffe
Yirgacheffe (pronounced Yer-gah’-cheff-ay), is a highly celebrated coffee growing region in the southern hills of Ethiopia. For centuries, this coffee has been hand sorted and washed to produce a consistently clean and truly remarkable coffee. Tasting Notes: Spiced earthiness complimented by orange blossom, tropical fruit, and lemon. Wine-like acidity and mild berry notes. Savory finish and lively acidity.
