Finca Santa Adelaida is collectively/cooperatively run by approximately 180 members from over 50 families. Before 1982, the farm was family owned and operated, but after the land reform programs, the land was broken up and sold to the families that had been working the land. It is certified organic and water processed – washed and dried on cement patios.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate and pipe tobacco fragrance with a light floral aroma and notes of green melon, raspberry, and cocoa.
