La Jolla is unquestionably “The Jewel” of the Southern California coastline.  Ask a local , and they will tell you that the real heart of this city is “the Cove.”  This blend was inspired by the La Jolla Cove and is the perfect addition to a cool morning spent enjoying its beauty.  Finished at an Italian roast level, it is a vibrant, bold coffee with chocolate notes, hints of berries and a smoky finish.
